We are pleased to announce our new Youth Athletic Program! This program is for preteens and teens who are interested in taking their athletic performance to the next level or interested in starting an exercise program.
Group and one-on-one sessions will be offered in the One-to-One Training Center. Participants will work with experienced trainers and who start each program with taking baseline measurements and assessment in order to develop a program specific to your child.

Both participate in the Youth Athletic Program and are active in track and soccer.
Jill has worked with pre-teens and teens since 2009. Her experience includes Assistant Coach of U12 girl's club soccer team, T.E.E.N.S (Teaching, Encouragement, Exercise, Nutrition, Support) Exercise Program Coordinator at Children's Hospital of VCU, personal training clients at VCU TEENS Program and Fitness 24-7 as well as a Special Olympics volunteer.
Jill is also the Personal Training Program Coordinator at Fitness 24-7 as well as a certified personal trainer.
Trey is a recent graduate of Ferrum College and is a certified personal trainer. He assists with youth baseball camps. He has also played baseball from the time he was three years old and continues to play in an adult baseball and softball league.
Mark has extensive experience working with children of all ages. His experience includes working with inner-city children in summer basketball and hockey camps.
Some of the things he likes to focus on is teaching kids how to run, jump, well as instructing how to become bigger, stronger and faster for their sports.
His training include various training tools and functional body weight training.
Mark enjoys training kids of all ages. He is also a certified personal trainer at Fitness 24-7.
AJ has trained teens interested in improving their flexibility, agility and strength training in sports such as basketball, lacrosse and dance. He played football and ran cross country growing up and enjoys pushing fellow athletes to break through plateaus. 24-7.
AJ is also a certified personal trainer
Andre has been a personal trainer since 1989 and has worked with children since 1994. His experience ranges training kids who wanted to get faster for football and track or jump higher for basketball and volleyball. Andre has also taught fundamentals boxing to children of all ages. Fundamentals of Boxing. Andre has experience teaching proper running and sprinting form, various plyometrics for power and basic fundamentals for a number of sports.
He played intercollegiate football in the late 1980's and is a certified personal trainer.
