Yoga Pose: Shoulder Stand
Shoulder stand can reduce swelling in the feet and legs -- especially after a hard workout. It also stretches the back and neck as well as decreases heart rate, calms the mind and reduces anxiety, insomnia and irritability.
Do not do Shoulder Stand if you have a neck problems or high blood pressure.
