Pam has been a member for approximately six years. Fitness has always been a part of Pam’s life but after having two kids and running her own business, she had to find new ways to fit it into her schedule. At Fitness 24-7 she was able to find different ways to help her with her fitness goals.
Pam has participated in small group training and Barre as well as fitness classes such as Yoga and kickboxing. When she is unable to run outside, she uses the treadmills at the gym.
“Like many people, I can get bored with my workouts,” says Pam. “The classes offer a great variety and they’re included in the membership which is great.”
Most recently, Pam challenged herself and participated in her first half marathon at the Rock and Roll Half Marathon. “It’s by far the hardest thing I’ve ever done fitness-wise but I’m glad I did it!” adds Pam. She was also surprised how quickly she recovered after the race. She credits that to staying on top of her fitness routine.
Pam also takes advantage of the massage therapy services with Maggie each month and her children have participated in the Kids Camps that the gym occasionally offers.
“Fitness 24-7 is a great place to not only workout, but the members and staff are very encouraging in everyone’s fitness goals,” says Pam. “They want everyone to be successful in whatever they are trying to achieve.”
