Member Spotlight: July 2015
Mike has been working with Fitness 24-7 personal trainer Jill Russell for four months. He's been working out three times a week for 60 minutes and as a result, he has lost 3 percent body fat! In addition, he has improved his muscular strength and endurance through weight training.
Other benefits Mike has experienced are improvement in his energy levels throughout the day and his golf game has improved with an increase in power and stamina!
Some of Mike’s favorite exercises include box jumps and plyometric push ups. Congratulations! Excellent work, Mike!
