Kasha is a certified personal trainer through ACE and NASM with specialities in Corrective Exercise and Performance Exercise. She is also P90X Certified as well as a TRX Instructor. With four American and four World Records in Powerlifting, she is a National Bodybuilding Champion.
Her experience is very diverse and includes being a 500 level RYT Yoga Instructor, and Yoga Therapy and Chronic Pain Management specialist as well as a Reiki Master. She is also a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Specialist
All her training and nutrition plans are geared to meet her clients' individual needs, mechanics and lifestyle with a purpose of allowing the client to lead a bold, injury free life.
Kasha is constantly learning and challenging herself. When she's not training or coaching, you will find her wrestling alligators, training animals and hiking.
