Joyce has been a member at Fitness 24-7 since 2010. When she first joined, she came to the gym to do cardio at night.
When she was getting ready for her son's wedding, she was unable to get the extra weight off she wanted to shed on her own. So she signed up for personal training with Andre in January. “I started training with Andre three times a week for a few months,” says Joyce. “Then I added a fourth day for a few weeks and just recently added a fifth day of training.”
Her fitness routine includes weight training and sprint intervals on the treadmill. In addition, after Joyce dropped body fat and increased lean muscle, Andre started using a figure competition style of training during Joyce’s personal training sessions. “Andre is gifted in his skills with training and knowledge,” says Joyce. “I feel that any of the personal trainers here will meet your fitness goals if you are serious about fitness.”
There are many reasons why Joyce enjoys Fitness 24-7 including the opportunity to workout anytime as well as the friendly atmosphere, staff and members.
“I love how it is like a big family feel here,” says Joyce. “The members are so encouraging. I look forward to coming to the gym. I miss it when I can’t make it because I miss seeing all the nice people!”
