For six months Trey Livers, personal trainer, has been training Jordan about five times a week. "One of the best things about training Jordan is her attitude," says Trey. "Each time she walks into the gym it doesn't matter what's going on in her life outside of the gym; every single time Jordan shows up for her workout."
It has definitely paid off. Jordan has focused on increasing her muscular strength and endurance and through her dedication and Trey's expertise, Jordan has lost more than 12 pounds of fat mass and has gained several pounds of lean muscle mass.
"I always want to be pushed harder and harder every time I'm here," says Jordan. "I've had already reached so many goals! I'm not training for anything other than myself and my life right now," she adds. "I want to continue to get stronger and better in my own skin. I love life and I am so grateful for all of Trey's help."
