Jean & Jim
Congratulations to Jean and Jim Gullick as our members of the month for May!
“These two members understand how important it is to work on all of the components of fitness,” says Jill Russell, Personal Training Program Coordinator. Jean and Jim are seen in the gym working on their cardiovascular health, weight training and flexibility. Some of the activities they enjoy participating in at the gym are our cycling classes and our active recovery/stretching class held on Thursday evenings.
Jim trains with Fitness 24-7 Personal Trainer Starr. Jean also does weight-training on her own or with a friend.
They are also consistent in their workouts and continue to show up week after week. Great job you two!
