Jean and Karen
This dynamic duo who are also sisters have successfully lost a combined total of 46 pounds! Karen and Jean have been working steadily with Jill since July 2015. They train two times a week for one hour with their trainer Jill Russell. In addition, they also walk outside of the gym and work extremely hard on Saturday mornings inside the gym without Jill.
Not only have Karen and Jean achieved their goals through exercise, but they’ve also impressed their trainer with an improvement in their diets. They have worked extremely hard on cleaning up their diets by making better choices at restaurants, cooking healthier, packing lunches and reading food labels.
These ladies have yet to reach a plateau! They are still improving daily and we continue to watch their journey. Their heart and commitment to their goals are Jill’s favorite part of working with them—not to mention they’re funny! Keep up the great work, Karen and Jean!
