“Anyone can use foam rollers however it’s best to ask a trainer for help if you’re using it for the first time for proper technique and to prevent injury,” says Tracy Stolle, personal trainer at Fitness 24-7. “Be sure to let the trainer know if you have any injuries or ask a certified professional before using one.”
