Small group training is efficient. You can get a total body workout combined with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Cardio & Strength training all in one session with the motivation and push you need from the trainer and comradery of the other members. Each session is generally 45-60 minutes.
Training with a small group reduces cost. Members are able to train more frequently and stay committed. This makes personal training very affordable for the everyday consumer.
3) Training quality:
With small group training, you receive the same high quality of training as you would with one-on-one training. Experienced trainers will execute a program based on each client's fitness goals combined. These programs are adaptable to meet the needs of each member of the group!
Small group training generally attracts members that have similar goals. Rather than, working out alone, members can look forward to challenging themselves in a group setting. Training together will help inspire the members to train to the best of their ability. It also makes for a fun, positive, upbeat atmosphere that helps keep the members motivated during each workout.
A key point to success with fitness is having the right support. With their knowledgeable, dedicated trainer and a group of peers, each member will have a guaranteed support network.
To see results through exercise, everyone needs variety in their workouts. There is a wide variety of training techniques that come with small group training such as partner drills, boot camp, HIIT, circuit, intervals, etc. Small group sessions are designed with all client’s success in mind. Our trainers are passionate about helping each member progress through their structured programs. Each member is lead to improve their fitness level, enjoy the time they spend in each workout and learn as much as they can through this experience.
