Betty has been a member of Fitness 24-7 since 2004 and she's been training with Andre Owens since 2011.
Betty works out four to five times a week and her workouts consist of heavy free weights, cardio and circuit training. Her fitness routine has paid off and she has become extremely strong! One of her accomplishments is a dumbbell bench press with 80 pounds or two 40 pound dumbbells!
One of the main reasons she keeps herself so fit is to be healthy for her five grandchildren whom she adores! "Bad Betty" is a long time fixture at Fitness 24-7 and she is loved by all the Fitness 24-7 family.
